STL Marketing Group’s wholly owned subsidiary, PhoneSuite Solutions, Inc., has issued approximately $77,000 in new quotes to dealers this month. Quotes are essentially to filling the sales funnel. We hope to begin transitioning some of these quotes to sales and then to revenue as soon as possible.

STL Marketing Group's wholly owned subsidiary, PhoneSuite Solutions, signed a new dealer based in Barbados to sell, market and distribute the PhoneSuite brand of products. This dealer will work in Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean regions, concentrating, primarily, in the hospitality industry.

STL Marketing Group, Inc. has filed with FINRA to formalize its SEC 14C Definitive filing for the reverse split of its Common Stock. Once FINRA completes their work we will issue a formal statement.
