(NASDAQ: IPAS) shares fell 24.99% to touch a new 52-week low of $0.95 . iPass reported a Q4 loss of $0.04 per share on revenue of $17.2 million . iPass replaced its chief executive and said it decided to remain independent after concluding a review that included a possible sale. Chardan Capital downgraded iPass from Buy to Neutral.
Global Sources Ltd. (NASDAQ: GSOL) shares dropped 1.94% to reach a new 52-week low of $5.55 . Global Sources shares have dropped 17.85% over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has gained 14.13% in the same period.
Castlight Health, Inc. (NYSE: CSLT) shares touched a new 52-week low of $6.853 . Castlight reported Q4 earnings of $0.17 per share on revenue of $14.5 million , and issued a weak revenue forecast.
Intelsat S.A. (NYSE: I) shares reached a new 52-week low of $14.595 . JP Morgan downgraded Intelsat from Neutral to Underweight and lowered the price target from $17.00 to $12.00 .
