Interesting form 4 out we missed? A rare thing, as it shows the leaving director returning nearly 9 million shares to ENIP?

( 1) On January 23, 2015, the Reporting Person and Issuer entered into a Separation Agreement and Release, which among things, resulted in the Reporting Person agreeing to forfeit in full the issuance of all unvested shares of restricted common stock.
