TSY- A COUPLE SIDE NOTES:
Have a look at Foward P/E and Book Value.
LTD Seems a bit steep, but Ratio of D/E seems reasonable.

May be of some interest. Price keeps dropping and Yeild keeps going up. Now @ 9.50% Yeild.

Hopefully they are locked in at low rates.....and can soon raise rents.

Just my thoughts, nothing else.
