Do I agree with you that the company will be acquired someday? Yes. Not in the next 2-3 months though. Due diligence on a merger takes months and unless a suitor has already begun the process, I just don't see that happening so quickly. My hunch is it will be once they have demonstrated some positive quarters over the next 6-9 months. And somewhere after that things will be set in motion. I would be VERY happy if you are right and I am wrong on my timing. Personally, I'm pulling for your scenario assuming a decent price. I just don't see it happening just yet. I think the delay in finalization of financing with DMRJ is waiting for the protest to be dismissed. Nothing would seem to be announced until that is officially clear even if they have the terms already lined up. All of this is pure conjecture on my part and either of us could be right or wrong. Time will tell. But clearly all of us would love to see an acquisition. I think we can all agree we are pulling for this.
