One more time:

Apparently AMDL Australia is insolvant due to either non-filing and/or non-payment of yearly corporate requirements. This went into effect on Feb. 3, 2015 and there is a two month grace period in which AMDL can reverse the procedure if they choose.

The requirements are not stringent, and yet AMDL seems to choose being de-registered as a corporation.

Hmm. What does Jim Green have up his sleeve? Is the delisting being timed with another event. What is their underlying intention?
