one more time,dilution NOT bad.
this may sound know it all but.....
no company wants to be a penny stock,no company wants to sell stock before product launch and sales have been recorded.
if you want a gift of someone investing 10-50 million in a buisness so you can buy penny stock,,,,dream on!
there are two ways to start up(besides using up all your own funds and maybe not enough). one is a jv. yes its quick but takeover is a strong to certain end with a 4x-6x best case for
stockholders.best case. give 10 to 1 odds.
the other is thru more stock sales(though care has to be taken
still to prevent take over).
dilution does not ruin stock value when there is no stock value! your cart is before the horse. with allaspects of the buisiness set INCLUDING financing and product and sales and ect ect ect then and only then is there"STOCK VALUE"
the prospects of dilution; this is dependant entirely on the value of the service or product!
not bragging but using 40 yrs of observance in startup companys
has led me as an individual to look for revolutionary science
or products. this is one of those. risky both in cash and reputations.
if nnlx can keep majority control of this biohydrogen buisness plan and execute to the potential most of us believe is possible, i for one dont care if they have 100 mill or up to say......400 mill shares. the stock will go at least 8x present pps. is this not what we want?....and yes fantastic responce by the market will drive the pps much higher.
