Hey Rich,Snizzle now that dareodream has posted the company has filed to FINRA 14C to effect the reverse split,does that close the speculation of any hopes of the cancellation of the R/S

Further in normal circumstances almost all companies post R/S transfer the new shares electronically but here JP intends to ask every one to physically surrender their shares if I am not wrong,that shows the dubious intention of JP that he would surely delay the process of transferring the new shares so that possibly he could pump in that given time to give time to either him or Tarpon to dump more shares by giving some BS pump PR's

Your opinion on this please I am stuck in this with 17 million shares at an average of almost 0.0007 I don't know if I ever would get a chance to break even most likely lose all.

By the way Rich your correspondence with JP,is it paying any dividends ?
