The author concludes that neither mineral reserves nor mineral resources currently exist at the Doc Watson Project as of the effective date of this report.

He doesn't even leave room for interpretation. He doesn't say "less than expected" or "a little". He outright states they do not exist at the Doc Watson Project site. In complete disregard of his experts written report, Paul Edward Norat sells stock on the misrepresentation that there is millions in gold on the property.
