some of the biggest companies i know of only list a PO BOX... what is your obsession with mailing addresses? it doesn't prove or disprove anything. if they wanted to they could have listed Apple or Facebook headquarters as their address and their mail would be sent there. Wouldn't matter since everything is emailed anyway.


So the point is, the mailing address is irrelevant.

the logical guess is LUSI has a new company merging in (that company will have its own mailing address) and the address they used on this filing was just any old address they used to complete a necessary filing since there an asterisk in the address box meaning you have to type something in :)
