You may be correct in your prognosis of the situation. Please understand my comment was, and is not, in any way shape or form, a forward looking statement, nor a synopsis of what has transpired as a result of the situation, but merely to provide a proper view of the exact account of the words chosen to be published within the released statement. The two words in question were in fact both used within the statement and hence the reason for my post. The meaning of said words I have not posted as my personal interpretation of the outcome as to which party will be reimbursing the other, if any, nor for any other reason.
