Here is a list of times HHSE said they completed, filed, or were going to file a Form 10.

a). HHSE completed a very detailed Form 10 Registration document weeks ago.
To avoid further criticism about "missing deadlines", there we be no further predictions of specific hours and days that the Form 10 will be released. We'll just DO IT and then everyone can see it.

It is HHSE's goal to submit the Form 10 to MacReportMedia on Tuesday, with the plan of S.E.C. Edgar publication on 12-24-2014, as a great Holiday gift to all (except for the caged monkeys).

The revised, revision of the third draft with proper formats may be posted to MacReportMedia today.

a). Form 10 Registration Filing - Company has completed all requested revisions and formatting changes to the Form 10 Registration Statement, which is being submitted to MacReportMedia for filing with the S.E.C. Edgar database. It is Company’s intention to seek uplisting to the OTC “QB” board upon S.E.C. acceptance of registration.

But we came through. We took the time, allocated the staff and made the financial commitment to complete and submit a Form 10 Registration Filing - and to do so in a manner that conforms to helpful instructions provided to HHSE by the S.E.C. and Edgar staff.

Schedule wise, the company plans to upload to the S.E.C. by Tuesday; we do not know how long it might take for the Form to appear onto the Edgar database. However, we will post to this blog the confirmation email from the S.E.C. regarding the filing.

Notification is hereby made that Company Managers have completed the additional disclosures,clarifications and formatting required for the Form 10 Registration Statement, and will be submitting the document for final review of outside counsel on Friday, Nov. 28.

The Form 10 filing is completed and updated. The audit letter is expected in the next few days and will accompany this filing.
