The filing prevents the sec from suspending the stock. and how does a mailing address have any significance if they just want to create hype? the address wouldn't matter, the filing would. lol.

they wouldn't file a form 15 unless they have more updates coming via state filings and OTC (if they want to hype the stock to sell shares, or if they are a legit company planning to create share price value) doesn't matter either way. more filing will be coming.

that said, at 0002-0004, with this share structure... anyone, even the biggest moron *cough cough* can make money on this
