Let's get one thing straight right now, I was the only poster and only bull left on this board last summer for 6 months, and the only MOD, before this massive dilution from convertible debt started. The stock was rock sold trading sideways at a .02 bottom for six months, I posted the only charts here. I will post the latest one tonight.

I discovered the convertible debt weeks before the pump and dump and conversion started. The sick part of this is the ex-CEO borrowed about $500,000 in TOXIC Convertible DEBT after the last pump and dump to pay his bonus while touting a $700,000 court win. Then he awarded himself about a 50% bonus in new shares for winning the early cases last year, but now that he is gone, he is no doubt dumping his shares with out a form 4, as he is no longer an insider. Nice trick, sleazy lawyer and vulture bankster tricks.

That much debt on a .02/share stock is a death sentence.
The debt is listed in the SEC filings, and the 6 month waiting period ended about 4-6 weeks ago. Once they hit the 200 AS ceiling they will raise it to 1 or more billion. They are shorting the stock right now to hide the pending dilution so they can claim no dilution at and by the stock transfer agent. It is all obvious from the volume, SEC filling history, and so on.... The sad part is the P&D-MMs are not evening supporting the price now, they are shorting the rally attempts.

Rest assured they have no where near cleared out the 1/2 million dollars in convertible debt yet, thus mu .0001 2015 target.

As long as no one hassles me further I will not post any more about this here. I have said what I think is going on. I would be glad to see positive news here, real positive news, as I am still long like I said, way too long, but I have followers I will not miss lead just to try and rally a POS so I can bail out first, until the debt game is over and the trading volume dies there is not likely to be any really good news.

It would be nice to see an end to the share dumping and a run back to .02, but alas I fear that is just another pipe dream on this one now.
