Thanks for the update,but I saw it early this morning.I am glad the board rejected the offer,I would have been diappointed if they had accepted it.I wonder if WOF has other plans?What if IMC is more interested in WOF,than it appears to be,at this point in time?In other words,maybe they are looking to become the majority owner,soon.
