No, I'm not going if I don't see the several time promised proxy in my Ameritrade account prior to the meeting date.

I sure hope I'm right and KMA gets a new CEO out of this mess, someone like Scott Dixon, a man of character and integrity, a man or woman who says what they mean and means what they say! Wouldn't that be a breath of fresh air.

Even after this statement by Reid, here we all sit again on the KMAG bus looking like stupid sheep waiting for the next lying FB update. - In compliance with SEC regulation for a Grey Market security, KMA Global may have proxies for our shareholder meeting post marked as late as ten (10) days prior to the AGM (Annual General Meeting). Shareholders can expect to receive proxies by February 16th at the latest.

(This last FB BS promise really pisses me off. We are so close to the the 27th and people want to plan the trip, spend the money, and Reid continues to play with their lifes.)


I hope I'm wrong and have to apologize to Reid after the 27th, but the odds just are not in Reid's favor on this issue.
