That hasn't happened since early November and there is no reason to speculate it will happen now. The trading range has been stuck between .0001 and .0002 for some time now. The PPS won't move up until news of a new financial agreement, positive news from the EPO, etc. A new, and non-toxic, financial agreement would be the best immediate PR. There are many folks holding shares at .0001-.0002, and because of this, it will take something significant to bump up the resistance. IMO, it will take time, but it will happen.
