You could not create a more textbook bollinger band breakout chart than epoxy right here.

In a perfect world you would not want a breakout yet, but a small uptrend for the next 1,2,3,4 days and then a breakout above the .115 area.

If i had money i would be accumulating now. And as i have always said, if there is big news, that trumps everything.
