Mr. Reid. If you come to this site and read these posts I have a couple of things to say.

1. I have been a shareholder for approximately 4 years and still hold shares today.

2. You called me at one point in an attempt to chew me out about posting your personal e-mail response to me, here for these readers.

3. You also confirmed that the social media posts are indeed being made with your permission.

4. I look forward to standing face to face with you at the meeting as I find 2. hard to stomach in light of your abysmal performance as a CEO, but more importantly as a man of character.

5. Your continued postings of announcements of matters that you say will take place and then, almost without exception, do not, is a much a statement of the poor quality of your character as a man as it is as your abysmal performance of a CEO.

6. My reason for attending this meeting is to stand in front of you and drive home these points. You have taken one of the wonderful things about a free market and perverted it with your shameless attempts to manipulate that market by stating things that will take place that you absolutely have not intent to see through so that you can either unload some of your worthless shares or help some of your groupees unload theirs.

I would love to be discussing the business of KMAG but there is no information available anywhere that is the basis for discussion other than to discuss the growing string of unmet promises. My attendance is for the purpose of telling you these things, telling you how disappointing you are as a man and how I resent your abuse of a system that will only fail due to these activities by people like you.
