!!SHAREHOLDERS!!! Andy Called me back after I left him a message yesterday , very surprised to say the least. We had a very informative chat (once again) . Here is how it stands right now. The Attorneys who have handled the Joint Venture need to sign off . Once that is completed Andy has FOUR days to do an ESSAY(Press Release) making announcement to the public . He broke down the details of the JV = 5 million shares of MOBO Equal to $1 million plus $ 225,000. USD (Licensing) in cash to equal $1,225,000. Giving DOMK 25% of the company and MOBO is responsible for all OPERATING expenses.
OUR CEO Andy was very concerned and called ME BACK. No lie , he called back because I had explained to him that I realized that he has gotten bombarded with many calls ,e-mails , texts from a large portion of people that have taking his responses out of context for their own satisfaction with ulterior motives. We have built a good bond and I told him mostly of our overall need to have information. We are on the right track and Andy is sincere to his words.
