Call the army core of engineers you are changing/disrupting a body of water an impact study will have to be done. come on people this is a BS PR can you not see through it.

Ok How much to build? How much is Sylios Investment? what percentage of return do you expect? what percentage of the 10-12m million will go to Sylios? too many un answered question.
