If the device was installed dec 10(newsletter date)
If it was commissioned that day after the letter,
Then the lease started, taking into account 45 days notice needs to be given to cancel the lease,
In 7-8 days if the leases was cancelled that would take us upto the four month initial term.

LNG liquid Natural Gas (does not use dilute, add AOT and that is the only method outside temp that will change pump pressure)
