Get on the phone Doc, if Llamas doesn't really own or control HDDC and General Hemp you can save Kannaway/MJNA/Llamas a BOATLOAD of money. I'm kinda surprised Llamas' attorneys didn't raise this issue in their motion to dismiss which was denied by the by.
And aren't you and every other MJNA shareholder just THRILLED that the sale of Kannaway to MJNA will be finial BEFORE any potential judgement needs to be paid out?
Actually no he isn't. Says on his linkedin page that he was president not CEO of HDDC and hasn't been since 2011. No where does it say he was ever CEO of anything. It says he is President of Cannabank, which now appears to be a subsidiary of General Hemp LLC in which Stuart Titus is the sole member. It seems like Titus is calling the shots, not Llamas.
