Wow, you guys did fabulous with that first question. I figured part one (what is written on the side of the plane?) was relatively easy, as there are numerous pictures of N706BL by now, but knowing who Kathleen was and recognizing what a noble gesture Igor did in naming N706BL in her honor was quite impressive.
I even thoroughly enjoyed some of the comical answers, perhaps "Spirit of Putin" being my favorite - when I allowed my little boy inside to get out and get the best of me.
Next question: Obviously we are all very familiar with N706BL, but before there was N706BL, there was N705BL.
a. Before Baltia purchased N705BL, which airline owned her?, b. How much was the original purchase price that Baltia paid for her (approximately), c. What noteworthy incident occurred with her during her ownership by the original airline, and d. What ultimately happened to her? (ie: where is N705BL today?)
As a bonus question, What very important purpose did N705BL serve in Baltia's certification process?
