1. You don't have to manufacture a single thing. Thus the licensing and eliminate the production cost. They never should have done anything other than licensing until if under right management and funds can handle such an operation. Why do you think Barry even made the spice panel modeled after Andalay....because it is in demand. Licensing at this point is the only affordable option they have. Given sales going forward will help determine the worth not the past nor you or I or anyone here.

2. Oil doesn't have much at all to do with solar. Oils big player is in transportation very minimal in comparison to coal and natural gas for energy oh and don't forget get to throw in nuclear.
This talking point about Oil has been a revolving door for Solar every time it's convenient.

3. Andalay is not Akeena when you look at direction. AKEENA didn't have leadership I agree with that assessment. I understand concern on dilution but sometimes it's necessary to live another day. Andalay has 2015 to prove your theory wrong. Chan thus far has not fit it to the past mold. Time will tell not assumptions and accusations.
