Moreover, we need to CONSTANTLY REMIND OURSELVES, that the MGMT. got their shares at 0.0015. And also they have placed their personal ASSETS, on the line here.

Dilution will happen at a later stage, perhaps when the PPS is well over a dime, or a quarter. However, IMO, by then; they will be acquired. The bigger fish in this sector, won't allow their lunch to be eaten, and just sit by and watch!
