This clown was ranting on the CTV interview news anchors Twitter feed yesterday. I see he has now made a video. It's clowns like these that will give Cannabix the coverage and depth we want. As they say.. there's no such thing as bad publicity. He has his stoner blinders on so bad he fumbles while even trying to explain the device.

There needs to be a legal limit the same as alcohol. I know people who can drink a bottle of whiskey and probably drive home "safely". It doesn't mean they shouldn't be grouped as being impaired. Tolerance should not be factored into a law that protects the masses. Especially if the substance happen to be illegal where it was consumed.
