These are just realities???? These are posted opinions with a few and I mean few maybe facts sprinkled in. It looks all laid out as just "reality". But then when you go line by line it falls into this is just my opinions and stuff I cant prove but post. Here we go........

-Apts Product Engineer just QUIT because he wasn't getting a paid and when he did it was weeks late. Unless this person called you directly you are guessing with at best third party heresay No?
-Apt has only paid 25k out of the 200k due for the purchase of Motoped's Where is there documented proof??? I have no idea neither do you -Apt has just been sued for non-payment for taxes only ($8,000). Companies are sued everyday $8000 oh no!!!-Apt had to set up s payment plan to pay the SEC fine (25,000). Old news (hey a fact!)Apt has done nothing but take out loan after loan and has shown no proof of revs coming in to pay their debts.

-Apt is literally broke (see 3q fins) Old news any idea of the cash on hand right now?? Nope me either another guess
-Apt won't release next financial report till after preferred shares become unrestricted. (Does not help even if they are good it will be to late) Hey look another opinion...
