From a "trading" aspect, true. But what has fundamentally changed with this company post split? That is what new investors need to know to bring new money in. Merger? How about a status report on that? I realize they said they wouldn't report anything til the deal was done. So what? Still in negotiation? Denied? Once a company does a r/s it gets the same rep as an ex con. Sorry but it's true. They must show investors, both past and future, that a fundamental change for the better has taken place within the company and that diluting shareholders ownership is a thing of the past. A sound business plan is now in place and it will result in revenues. New management better realize that this is a "public" company and as such needs to be transparent. Silence is taken as nothing IS going on here "ex cons".
