I am looking hard for them...REAL HARD. They don't have to necessarily be in real estate, but in the process of acquiring real estate. CBGI was popped hard by the SEC last June after releasing a PR claiming to acquire 10 acres to lease out to pot growing companies. It ran from .03 to .048. Another company I followed was purchasing a commercial building in Florida based upon getting approved for a medical marijuana license. It "popped hard" too, something like .02 to .25.

Now, we all know about gambling with what I call a "base jumper". PMBS is a "base jumper", a fledgling company at .0001...the very bottom. The reason I am in this has nothing to do with Migrapure or income from Migrapure. I could care a less, I just 2 Alieve about 20 minutes ago and feel great! I am gambling that Russ will have to invest into real estate sooner or later, and the pps will sky-rocket! Yeah, I will pull out my money on a monster run and NOT be back since I have no real faith in the product. PMCM is a REDICULOUS base jumper, an "all-out" scam but they periodically made claims last year affiliated with SOME TYPE of real estate involvement. I think they were as high as .0045, and have dwindled down to "base-jumping" status.

The first company I stated, CBGI, was a dream come true. It was the "real deal". It was an "all-out no holds barred" real estate acquisition company that crossed over into the marijuana sector. It was the biggest trading stock of the year in June. They're pretty much the "working model" for what I look for. You see, my strategy is SOLEY based on "Real EState" PR's". I myself am a land seller by trade. I do not invest into companies, have no faith in nor do I care about their products, do not believe in any of the company owners in Pennyland, and I don't trust the marijuana sector at all at this point.

I just hang around waiting for one PR that makes me money and goes on those long lucrative runs...I only pull my money out when it does, or if I "sniff out" a different company that is about to. The hard part is that when CBGI gotten nailed, the SEC did a stellar job at making an example out of them for the rest of our "casino owners" in Pennyland. None of them are willing to easily lie to us about real estate anymore knowing their dilution scams will end tomorrow!!!! In my opinion...
