Q has an O/S of 4Billion and a 100:1 offer would max out the 480mm in a snap.
Your $11.00 to $1.55 dive the past 12 months would further destroy the PPS. Sub penny in no time. I don't see it.

Looks to me your CEO has missed the next hot thing....again. The Canabis hype play has been dead over a year now.

Why could the CEO not make bank on Rare Earths? Because they are not rare? Now pot?

I'm not sure Q shareholders are willing to go through a R/S just to find themselves in a different maxed out hole.
Unless it's going to be a 4000:1 swing?
