You may be right with no 10Q.

The difference I see that may bring us the 10Q this year is that they have #'s that are exciting and want to get them out. Years past....not so much :)

This is only my opinion, but if I had no revenues like in years past, I would wait until the absolute deadline and only put out 10k, but if i'm growing and have impressive growth, I would want to scream form the rooftops and let everyone know.
