Read the last 13(g)(a) so you can enlighten yourself as to the total O/S.... never mind the float.. !

Sorry Wings you are WRONG the 13G is only for NON OFFICER STOCK HOLDERS with more than 5% of the float, he (WE) are obligated by Federal law to file a 13G to let other investors know what is owned.

The total O/S WAS 7.5 Billion on November 30th 2014, since then they have added a TON more.
