I LOOKED INTO THIS 13GA AND IT DOES NOT COME CLOSE TO PASSING THE SMELL TEST AS THERE ARE NO SIGNED SIGNATURES ANYWHERE THIS IS BOGUS, IMO.

Is this what it has come to? Egads...

...The 13G filing has 6 different signatures on it, both on the 13G itself as well as on the attached Exhibit...

...So SEC filings are now bogus but fluff PR's that are known to contain both misleading info and promises that BS Schneiderman knows at the time of issuance he has no intention of keeping -- these are "rock solid"?

...And chew on this:

The 13G was filed on EDGAR. EDGAR is an electronic self-filing system. A system run by the SEC. A system that requires a filer to be PRE-APPROVED AND VETTED BY THE SEC. A system that requires an approved filer to have authorized access codes provided by SEC-employed EDGAR administrators to even submit anything into EDGAR.

And you are seriously telling folks to disregard it as a fake filing??? All 20 of the concurrent filings that Ironridge Global Partnes made as they pertained to the 20 companies which its Ironridge Global IV entity owned stock in, which were naturally included in the sale of Ironridge Global IV to Dragonox Investments???
