Once investors complete some DD on this new JV, they will find out its worthless. The company has ZERO in revenues. The terminal has not been used for many years and must be completely refurbished including the holding tanks. Sunoco still owns the rights to the pipe lines. This company only wants to deal with waste water. Its a match made in heaven, both companies have nothing
