The "management" team past and present,having wiped out 99% of shareholder value, are asking for permission to rinse and repeat and do the same again.If they had the ability to do it on their own,there is no doubt in my mind that they would have done it already by now.They have shown a total disregard for shareholder equity even more atrocious than some of the worst scams that have ever existed.They seem to not even have the decency to even attempt to account for their actions.They should not be relied on or trusted to do anything favorable to shareholders.Shareholders should not allow them to take the little remaining equity by voting yes to allow them to do so
