Dimension is looking to pay a large settlement to TMMI or else they will pay the very steep price of a total corporate and personal annihilation. The only question is will TMMI accept a settlement offer. The case is so clearly a slam dunk win for TMMI that they may choose not to let Dmension off so easy.
