Neb, I have worked in Mexico, Central and South America. I know how difficult working with the governments in those regions can be. Dates that come and go are a matter of fact. Eventually we will get the date (or should I say the DR will get the date right). Soon I hope. I am planning a trip to the DR this year and would very much like to meet Capt Billy and crew and possibly do a little diving. Take care Neb!
