The last 10 q was filed on 20 November as per the company's website. I keep hearing people on this board expceting the company to have the same released on 31st March. Is there a particular reason for that. Why couldn't it be next week Tuesday or the following.

I haven't seen a full 3 month lag in any of the 10 q filings

Correct me if im wrong.
