Well all that tells me is yes they are incorporated in Canada, very good, But don't they have to have a Canadian address? 34 King St. E Suite 1100 Toronto, ONT M5C 2L9 Canada
I mean how else would they be responsible to pay their Canadian taxes...

However to be on the US stock exchange and sell shares on said market wouldn't they also have to be Incorporated in The USA???
