$MBHC, Mobile Broadcasting Holding is involved in the development and deployment of mobile network-based streaming broadcast technology. This technology is being designed to stream feature-rich audio and video content to mobile devices over 4G and LTE networks.


The Company has licensed multiple patents from CEO Bland in the area of live streaming. The Company is preparing to offer a user application that provides access to its patented communications platform designed to broadcast and view live video streams of interactive original programming directly between smartphones and other mobile devices which currently communicate on 4G LTE and Wi-Fi networks, as well as for viewing the Company's prerecorded live streams and video-on-demand programming (VOD).
