Look peeps just sell this junk already. With a Markman hearing in late February (and yes indeed you do need another one even in the same court with the same judge!) there will not be a trial until the Summer. Maybe a decision in the fall of 2016. Then there is the automatic appeal with maybe a decision in late 2017. PTSC will be long out of money by then. Sure you will see some tiny settlements but only enough to hobble along a little while longer.

Perhaps if TPL/PTSC management had not settled prior to the federal appeals court decision in early January things might not have come to this but they needed their nuisance value settlement racket to go on a little while longer rather than have the appeals court put it to an end in January! Shareholders will never see any benefit from these cases.
