They have no operations and the debt continues to rise. Sparling or Toomey really need to show how much debt will roll off as they have claimed.

Some business plans would be amazingly helpful as the debt load is not huge and the share structure as reported is extremely favorable for a stop sign pinkie.

Those are my thoughts
