Lol. So very wrong. Walmart, walgreens, etc are retail pharmacies. MAV is compounding. It's an art and it's making a come back. With all the addiction to pain meds, the allergies, the impact on livers and kidneys, compounding will be growing year over year in sales. Lol.

Ummm, Walmart is not a retail pharmacy. They are a retail behemoth that sells anything and everything, for which their pharmacy ops represents just a sliver of their business...

What in the world do you think Main Ave is??? They are a pharmacy that has a supplemental compounding license to offer compounded Rx's on top of traditional Rx's. They are a full-service traditional pharmacy just like any other pharmacy, with the additional ability to compound. Here's another tip to show you how you can catch your own fish: Call Main Ave and ask them yourself what they do/offer. I did.

This niche segment within retail pharma may very well continue to grow, but Main Ave certainly hasn't been experiencing it, as evidenced by the flatlining sales/orders over the past 4-5 months where it hit a wall at the $5M-ish level. As I've been saying for quite some time, Main Ave's ability to benefit from any growth in the segment will depend exclusively on the sales force's ability to close new deals with new physician/hospital networks, as well as SCRC's ability to obtain compounding licenses for MAV in additional states.
