Looks as if PEMCO LLC is dissolved,,, or in the process of doing so.

PEMCO LLC holds well over 9 million shares. Just a tad under 10 percent of the outstanding.

But of course, as stated several times earlier, I bleeve that
the PEMCO LLC shares are pooled from individual owners in the LUBBOCK/ANGEL/OIL PATCH.

What does all this mean re the fake loan to CDEX from PEMCO LLC and JB??

I Reckon the future holds alla that.
