Think PL is only looking to pay of conversions. If he can pump the company enough to sell off the shares needed to pay the debt he can do what he wants.
If he cant they will force a bankruptcy and he(NBRI) will lose everything.

Perry himself wont lose everything since he would also be the largest creditor and will pay himself off.
