as i noted earlier this week .. imo because entities have squat (ie PTOI *shares*) .. they are stuck
in a dilemma of their own making .. and are reduced to taking PTOI >> UP >> albeit so slowly (and imo via mostly wash trading)
as to be barely noticeable .. also note via HISTORICAL post that will follow in a few .. daily/weekly
*volume* on PTOI since P2O mgmt's last update on 1.21.15
