IMO even trying to contemplate a lawsuit would be tantamount to trying to get money from Boko Haram.

It would depend on jurisdiction, and that alone could be years in the making and I don't know how many $$$$ just that part would take. The if went to Chilean courts you can almost be positive we would get bent over.

IMO since JJ is the one in control, the one who mastered all the past deals, and that at that time he was the immovable force, he would be the one we would have to go after. And he of course is in Chile, and could care less about us SH's.

If he doesn't get his way he will do everything in his power to screw this up.

I think it would be a total waste of money, throwing good after bad, even contemplating suing due just the few things I mentioned.

My hope is that somehow, somebody, someway, we get this midget dictator out of the way and then we will have a chance to make some good $$$$. JMHO
