the cancelling of the r/s has gone through my mind a few times especially since we know they can produce 3.2 ph/s. so im guessing they have the miners in place just not PR'd anything yet. I think they are being smart and holding to announce everything until 100% in place.
Also the release today seems to highlight alot the r/s is not yet approved, i am not apposed to the r/s entirely if it helps the company in the future, although would much prefer 1 for 100 as appose to 1 for 1000.

Can the people who approve the r/s dictate by how much the r/s is done?
