I already told you for the last time contact NTEK or IR and ask them what they did to protect the value of PRE-EXISTING HVEL SH. I am a SH of both NTEK and pre-existing HVEL shares. FOR THE VERY LAST TIME I HAVE IT IN WRITING FROM NTEK THAT THE PRE-EXISTING HVEL SH VALUE AND OWNERSHIP IN HVEL WILL BE MAINTAINED AND NOT DILUTED AS A RESULT OF THE FREE HVEL SHARES GIVEN TO NTEK SH on record as of 2/6/15.

Also was provided my exact ownership in HVEL in shares and percentage terms.

Can we please not argue this point any longer as it is not debatable when my answer comes from the company in writing and I might add in very very specific terms and percentages leaving absolutely no doubt what I own.

GO NTEK and HVEL(NTGL) !!!
